How do I get setup to be listed with OpenBorder?
Please contact us at customercare@oborder.com and one of our representatives will get in touch with you to set your company up as a shipping service provider on our platform.
Do I need an API or integration to be listed on your platform?
No. Ideally, if you have an integration we can hook into your system to provide real-time scheduling and rates. However, we support carriers of all sizes and will work with carriers to get them listed on our platform regardless of what technology your may or may not have in place.
How do I get my company listed if I do not have a computerized system?
All we need a spreadsheet that lists your supported lanes, the rate, any additional fees, the minimum time cutoff requirements to book a shipment, and some contact information.
